DOSPEL air handling unit service
This time we inspected three DOSPEL air handling units: DEIMOS 0/N-5A/1-1/P, ERATO 1/N-5A/1-1/L and DEIMOS 0/N-5-HW260V/1-1/L. DOSPEL has been on the Polish market since 1974 and is known for heat recovery units and custom air handling units.
Our findings
- Solid construction with no corrosion or mechanical damage
- Fans running smoothly, bearings without signs of wear
- Motors well fixed to their bases
- Filters still clean, so no replacement was needed
- Missing connection of the safety isolators, which protect technicians during maintenance
- No frost protection thermostat on one unit despite a previously frozen heating coil
We reported the safety issues to the customer with recommendations for correction.
