Industrial cooler cleaning
A cooler can look clean and still work at 70% of its capacity, because dust, grease, oil and process emulsion settle between the fins, sometimes several millimetres deep. The effects show elsewhere: higher energy bills, high pressure alarms and compressors working outside their envelope.
Cleaning done badly can cost more than the dirt itself: bent fins, perforated Cu/Al tubes or corrosion. The result depends on the right chemicals, controlled pressure and measurements before and after the job.
