Piovan CH180 chiller service
For almost 20 years ChillerTech has serviced chillers from Trane, Carrier, Piovan, Hyfra, S&A, MTA, Friulair, Rhoss and other brands. Piovan process chillers require experience, precise diagnostics and knowledge of their specific circuits.
What we do on Piovan CH180 units
- Technical inspection and diagnostics according to the manufacturer and our own procedures
- Leak search and repair of the refrigerant circuit
- Check of compressors, condenser fans, pumps and controller
- Cleaning of the condenser and evaporator
- Replacement of worn components with original parts
Process cooling expertise
We support cooling of injection moulds, injection moulding machines, extruders, blow moulding machines, CNC machine tools, laser cutters, pasteurisers and chemical and metallurgical processes. Each service is adapted to the real conditions of the plant.

- Diagnostics: from 800 EUR net
- Labour: 115 EUR net per hour
- Travel: 0.75 EUR net per km
