Service and repair of Carrier chillers
Regular maintenance and properly planned service give the highest capacity and fault-free operation, even in demanding conditions. ChillerTech offers full post-warranty service of Carrier chillers and other units, regardless of the manufacturer.
Chilled water systems are used in production as well as in large public buildings. Apart from the dedicated control electronics, Carrier chillers are built like those of other manufacturers, and our technicians know their Pro-Dialog controllers and screw and scroll compressors well.
Periodic inspection of a Carrier chiller
- Full visual and mechanical check: loose fixings, missing bolts, play in mountings
- Search for oil traces, which usually mean refrigerant leaks, and repair of leaks found
- Check of refrigerant charge, superheat and subcooling
- Check of compressors, fans, contactors and protections
- Check of the water side: flow, pressure drop and filters
- Report with measurements and recommendations

- Diagnostics: from 800 EUR net
- Labour: 115 EUR net per hour
- Travel: 0.75 EUR net per km
